At BIER MACHT SCHÖN which translates to „beer makes beautiful“ we are interested in giving a multitude of people (and that includes all nationalities) a possibility to enjoy great beer in a chilled atmosphere while learning about the brewing process, different beer styles and tastes. In order to do so, we have decided to provide an English version of our craft beer tasting in our store in Cologne next to our frequently booked German version. These English craft beer tastings take place every 6 to 8 weeks – as of course we need to cater to our German speaking crowd as well.
What to Expect at our English Craft Beer Tastings
Join us as we taste different craft beers and show you the world of creative brewing – Cologne, Germany and the world have more to offer than just Kölsch. Experience the full spectrum of what beer can offer and how beer can taste, as we lead you through different styles.
Our tastings in English take approximately 2 hours and are suited for single people as well as groups of up to 12 participants. So bring your English-speaking friends for a good time and great beer!
During this time our beer experts offer a broad knowledge about craft brewing and will lead you through this English beer tasting fluently while providing you with 7 tasting glasses of beer, bread and water. Don’t hesitate to ask your questions to learn even more and have thirst for knowledge quenched the same as your real thirst.
